Confidentiality

The Therapist will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client information, subject to the prevailing legal and ethical considerations.

Limitations of service

While the Therapist aims to provide beneficial and professional services, no guarantee can be made regarding the outcome of any therapy session. Therapy often depends on the client’s situation and commitment, and results may vary from person to person.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. If a client fails to make payment, the Therapist reserves the right to cease services until payment is made.

Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the full fee being charged.

Disclaimer

Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health and mental state, including any changes that occur during the course of therapy.

Amendments

The Therapist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any significant changes prior to their implementation.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Therapist harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of the Therapist’s services.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
