Opening times

Appointment times are:

• Monday : 10am to 9pm (online or YO32 4AD)
• Tuesday: 10am to 3pm (online or YO32 4AD) | 5pm to 8pm (online only)
• Wednesday: 10am to 1pm (online or YO32 4AD) | 4pm to 6pm (Wellbeing in York, Innovation Centre, Innovation Way, York Science Park, Heslington, York YO10 5DG)
• Thursday: 12pm to 3pm (online or YO32 4AD) | 5pm to 8pm (online or YO32 4AD)
• Friday: 10am to 3pm (Wellbeing in York, Innovation Centre, Innovation Way, York Science Park, Heslington, York YO10 5DG)
• Saturday: 10am – 8pm (online or YO32 4AD)

Alternative appointment times can sometimes be available on request. Please call for details/to request.

I aim to answer my telephone between the hours of 8:30am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. If there is no answer, I may be with a client. Please leave me a message with your name and number and I will return your call as soon as I can.
